PegasusVision – Terms of Service

1. Use of Software

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PegasusVision for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the software or its related systems.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to PegasusVision may require account authentication via Google Sign-In or Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PegasusVision is a subscription-based software platform. Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe. You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

• All purchases are final.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Software Features

PegasusVision may include:

• OpenCV-based video analysis
• Controller bridge compatibility (e.g., Titan Two)
• 4K video preview/recording support
• Local and cloud environment routing
• Third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, Stripe)

We reserve the right to update or remove features at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PegasusVision:

• To gain an unfair advantage in competitive or online games
• In violation of terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., game consoles, online games)
• For any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes

Use of the software is at your own risk, especially in environments where game policies are enforced.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, logos, and content are the property of Sumer Creative Studios. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

PegasusVision is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, or that the software will meet your expectations.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use PegasusVision. This includes loss of data, service interruptions, or consequences of violating third-party terms (e.g., bans from online services).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the software. No refunds will be issued for violations.
